Spent a lovely Christmas at a hotel in London! the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. the location was fantastic, with convenient stores, coffee shops, and a subway stop nearby. Being close to the center and the station was a real advantage. the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious, with fresh and beautifully prepared food. it was a great experience.

There were a few problems during our stay. the air conditioning in our first room didn't work properly, making the temperature unbearable.

The hotel is conveniently located close to various restaurants and bars, providing plenty of options for dining and socializing. It is also close to the city center and the prime shopping area of Oxford Street. Additionally, the hotel is situated near an underground tube station, making it easy to explore the city.

Some guests mentioned that they experienced noise from foot traffic in the hallway, which could be a minor inconvenience.

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel! The location was perfect - so conveniently close to everything! We loved the fact that this place was down a quiet street near the tube station. The service room service, car hire, dry cleaning, 24-hour room service, laundry. The room amenities, including the in-room safe, air conditioning, and mini-bar, were amazing. We also loved the dining restaurant, bar/ lounge area, and snack bar. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and we especially appreciated the welcome drink.

Perfectly located for exploring the city, with Regent's Park just a short walk away. The room was decorated beautifully and had everything we needed. Although the bathroom was small, it was very clean. we had an enjoyable stay at Holmes Hotel.

Great location, under an hour from Heathrow, close to Baker Street tube, and within walking distance to popular attractions. Lovely decor, warm and inviting atmosphere. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Friendly and accommodating staff, especially Concierge Salvatore and Manager Joanna.

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was amazing, nestled on a quiet street just a short walk from Baker Street tube station. It was so convenient to be near the prime shopping area of Oxford Street. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel special from the moment I arrived. The service was top-notch, with room service available 24/7 and a range of amenities like car hire and dry cleaning. I especially loved the cosy lounge areas and the comfortable bed in my room. The attention to detail was impressive, with little touches like a coffee machine and chocolates. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting.

The only recommendation I have for families is that the hotel should ensure their staff are trained in dietary requirements, as there was a small confusion when we asked about vegan options. But other than that, this hotel is an excellent choice for families as well.

Our stay at Holmes Hotel was a great experience. The hotel's location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore central London. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made us feel at home. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast served by the lovely ladies in the restaurant. Additionally, the bar was excellent, and the staff there were friendly and knowledgeable. we highly recommend this gem of a hotel.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks during our stay. the room cleaning service was not as thorough as we would have liked, with some areas being missed.

We stayed in a lovely hotel close to a bustling area with plenty of bars and restaurants. It was a short walk to the Tube station, providing easy access to many of London's attractions. The room was clean and spacious, with a great shower. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was good.

The air conditioning wasn't working properly, which made it uncomfortable to sleep at night.
